The boat is very clean and well-maintained. The hull and gelcoat look good. There is a separate aft cabin with access through the cockpit.
Many updates were made: all seacocks were replaced with composite TruDesign, entire LED lights, and USB sockets were installed.
The interior is in good condition. There is a galley with a stove, oven and a sink with fresh water under pressure.
A fully dedicated toilet with a new septic tank.

Full set of sails: a new genoa 2022 on a furling and a mainsail with a new lazy bag. The sheets and halyards are carried into the cockpit. The running rigging looks like new. There is also a spare mainsail, a staysail and a spinnaker.
