The boat is in very good condition. Refit is made and the interior looks very good. New cushions. The hull was insulated. The underwater part was painted.
There is a washing machine and a dishwasher.
The galley is equipped with a stove with oven, sink and refrigerator with freezer. Websato is installed.
Two separate bathrooms with electric toilets and showers. The water reserve in two tanks is 1000 liters. The hot water tank is 50 liters.
Sails: mainsail with a cover and genoa on a furling. Judging by the photo, the sails are in good condition.
The boat has a Perkins 50 hp engine. The engine needs repair. Therefore, the boat has been used as a houseboat for several years. The cost of a new engine will be from 7000 euros. Or you can fix the existing one (you need to look).
The cockpit and deck are laid with teak. The wood looks good. There is a bimini and a platform with a ladder for swimming.
