You often ask to post a catamaran, but it’s very difficult to find something cheaper than 150-200k. Yes, sometimes there are twinhulls for a lower price, but mostly these are projects that require a lot of time and money investments.
This catamaran attracted my attention with a low price (below market), great autonomy and location.
The boat is located on Mahe Island in the Seychelles. This direction is now developing well in terms of yachting. There are many beautiful and wild places for mooring. Relatively close to Madagascar, Maldives, Mauritius and Chagos.
The boat is very autonomous: new lithium batteries are installed, 6 solar panels, there is even a watermaker.
There are also many white goods: a washing machine, a dishwasher, air conditioning, a 190-liter refrigerator with a 140-liter freezer.
In 2005, two new Yanmar engines were installed. The engines were always serviced on time.
Also, the boat has been recently checked and updated. New sale drives have been installed, new electrical wiring, the underwater part was painted last year, the mast was checked and painted, new running rigging.
There are some malfunctions. For example, you need to check the seals on the hatches. Something with a window inside the cabin (you need to install it). The Lazy bag is a bit battered. In general, nothing critical, and some problems may be fixed before buying.
