A beautiful, very cozy and well-maintained boat of Finnish production. In the 80s, Nauticat bought these boats, and now these boats have a lot in common.
The hull has been recently painted and tested for osmosis, about which there are relevant documents.
New LED lighting. New water hoses. A new electric bilge pump has been installed.
Updated galley with stove, oven, new refrigerator 2021 with freezer and sink. There is a gas leak sensor. The cabin has a new Autotherm diesel heater and a Smart TV. New enclosed Jabsco head with the shower.
An interesting solution is that the aft cabin can be accessed from the cockpit and from the salon. There is also a retractable separate sink.
The fresh water supply in the tank is 500 liters and the hot water tank is 60 liters.
Elvström sails: mainsail, mizzen, genoa on a Harken furler and spinnaker. All sails are in good condition. Harken winches and new sheets have been installed.
The 72 hp Perkins 4236 engine is fully serviced. Last year, the exhaust system was updated.
There is a Bruce anchor with an electric winch and chain on the bow, and a second anchor with a chain on the stern. There is a swimming ladder.
Also, there is a lot of useful and expensive equipment on the boat: an autopilot Autohelm 7000, a Furuno radar, a VHF with active AIS, two new solar panels, new lithium batteries, a life raft (expired) and a new dingy West 2020.
