A good and reliable boat. A lot of updates. The underwater part was painted, all hatches were replaced, except one (need to be replaced). A lot of work has been done to update the rudder system.
The galley is equipped with a stove with an oven, a new 2020 refrigerator and a sink with pressurized water. The teak interior and cushions are in excellent condition. Separate toilet. A large TV in the cabin.
Full set of sails: mainsail with a lazy bag, storm staysail and a staysail on a furling. All halyards are brought in the cockpit, which allows you to control the boat even alone.
The owner honestly says that all the standing rigging is in good condition, except forestay, which needs to be replaced soon.
