The boat was bought in Sweden and overtaken to Tunisia. A great example of a person who stopped being afraid, started doing, and finally translated his dreams into reality.
The owner is my subscriber, he planned to travel by boat, but for family reasons he has to sell her quickly and without extra value.
18000 euros is a very low price for the Mediterranean, I think the boat will be sold quickly. I would sell her for 25-30k euros.
The boat is in the “turn key” condition. No need for serious investments in the near future. I’ve seen photos of keel bolts, they look good. The mahogany interior is in good condition. New cushions.
The galley is equipped with a stove, oven, sink and refrigerator. There is a 150-liter freshwater tank.
