You’d been asking me for a long time to show you the Asian sailboat market, I have gained a lot of experience on this poined recently, so I’m going to share it soon. This boat, in my opinion, deserves your careful attention.
The boat is being sold by my subscriber. He has been traveling and living on the boat for a long time. It is a ferrocement ketch, fully prepared for onboard life. The underwater part was painted this year.
A large galley with stove, sink with fresh and seawater. A plenty of space for kitchen utensils. Separate toilet. A three-person forward cabin and a large double cabin in the stern.
The set of sails includes a genoa, a jib, a mainsail and a mizzen. All the sails are fresh and in excellent condition. The old sails are stowed away in the forepeak and are given along with the boat as spare ones. Two Furlex furling systems are installed.
A powerful Ford Lehman 2701E-6050 70 hp diesel engine is installed on the boat. The engine works properly.
The owner was constantly traveling with friends, and there are several sets of diving equipment on the boat (including 8 serviced dive tanks), a volleyball net, a lot of books, a large amount of fishing gear.
Also, a 3-meter PVC boat with a rigid bottom and a Yamaha 15 hp outboard engine is given with the boat.
How do you like this yacht? Based on my experience, I can say that this is a quite low price for this region. Usually, boats in this condition and configuration cost at least twice as much here. Share your opinion.
