You already know what place the boats of this shipyard take in world shipbuilding. Hallberg-Rassy needs no introduction.
This model is a 31–foot motorsailer in good condition and with all the necessary equipment.
A spacious cabin with a galley equipped with a gimballed stove, refrigerator and sink. The head is located in a separate room. The cushions in the cabins and in the salon look good.
There is a closed control post with a lot of necessary navigation devices.
Sails: mainsail with a cover and a staysail on a furling. The sails are not new but in good shape.
The boat is equipped with a Volvo Penta 3000 series diesel engine. These engines are equipped with a dual-circuit cooling system with fresh water circulating in an internal closed circuit. With a small alteration of the system, hot (about 80 °) water can be taken away for heating the boat or other household needs.
The deck of the boat is completely covered with teak. The teak is laid well and requires only a little oil 🙂
There is also an electric anchor winch.
The boat has a lot of useful equipment: an autopilot, TriData, a compass, fenders, mooring lines and more. A complete list of equipment can be requested from the owner.
