It’s a small boat and it is suitable for beginners. Looks pretty! The only thing I don’t like is the fin keel, which is quite fragile. If this doesn’t bother you then it may be a good option.

There’s a spinning of the staysail, 2 sets of sails (1 old, 1 new). There’s a VHF radio station, 2 almost new batteries, a solar panel, all sorts of little things, mooring equipment, etc.

There’s a new Mercury 6 h.p. engine. The boat can be bought for 600 euro cheaper if you decide to buy it without an engine but in my opinion you should take it with an engine.
