Plastic and wood are in perfect condition, clean the teak and it’ll look good, too 🙂 The motor Volvo Penta md2020 is relatively fresh which is also an advantage.
The sails are in good condition, there’s a jib furler and a spinnaker with a spinnaker boom.
The interior was refreshed (the owner wrote that he made new cushions and installed LED lights), there’s a navigator and echo sounder, nose platform, a swim ladder, compressor fridge, a spirit stove with 2 burners, shore power, a full set of mooring equipment (fenders, mooring ropes, sprits, boat tape, anchors, anchor cable, etc.)
In my opinion this offer looks good. You’ll probably have to finish some works first but you’ll receive a rather big and spacious sailboat (the width is 2.85, the ceiling height is1.85).
The motor update is the biggest expenditure; in this sailboat the motor was already replaced with a modern one. There are even more add-ons and updates which cost a lot.
When you buy a sailboat you receive not only the hull, the mast, the motor and sails, you also get lots of equipment which often costs even more than the sailboat itself. Always take it into account to estimate the value of the offer.
