This is an ocean cruiser based on the Colvic Victor 40 model, extended to 44 feet. Perfect both for traveling and for living aboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Center cockpit, spacious, bright and cozy saloon with roof hatches, three separate cabins, and full standing headroom throughout \u2014 everything you need for comfortable long-term living.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The current owners have lived on board for two years. Now, with the arrival of a child, the family is moving ashore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Engine is Perkins Prima M50, approx. 3000 engine hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sail setup: two furling genoas, in-mast furling mainsail. The sails are in good condition.
The yacht is also equipped with a bow thruster, which will increase maneuverability and ease the mooring process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The galley includes a fridge, freezer, and gas stove.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
