The boat was built at a Finnish shipyard in 1980 and has good sailing qualities. The current owner has made many updates to this yacht, but cannot complete the work and has decided to sell the boat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since the upgrades are not yet complete, the boat is being sold at a price significantly below the market value (which ranges from \u20ac25K to \u20ac50K+ depending on condition and region).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
