This sailing boat from the famous Swedishis shipyard is very well-kept and has many upgrades. Yachts in such condition are quite rare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For a 31-foot boat, it is quite wide, the beam is 3.08 meters. This provides significantly more comfort compared to other boats of similar size. It also has fairly large-capacity tanks for diesel (110 liters) and fresh water (120 liters).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2010, the engine was upgraded, the Volvo Penta D1-30F with a new sail drive was installed. For now, the engine has the overall running time of approximately 2100 engine hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All the teak in the cockpit has been replaced \u2014 this is a very expensive upgrade. The deck teak has been maintained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The rigging has been upgraded: a full mainsail from Elvstr\u00f8m, a new jib from Aker Sails on a furler, and a spinnaker in good condition, used rarely. From the photos, it looks like there is also a spinnaker pole. There is an original cover for the mainsail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An electric toilet has been installed in the head. The stove in the galley has been updated. Unfortunately, there are no interior photos in the original ad, but judging by the exterior, it is most likely in quite good condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The yacht has various Silva instruments, log and depth sounder are not in working condition. Replacement may be required, but maybe it\u2019s just because of the sensors fouled, I think it\u2019s worth checking first. There is also a compass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The boat is still under 10 meters, and the expenses for her maintenance and docking will be quite reasonable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
