A nice and well-maintained boat with lots of upgrades. The keel bolts have been replaced, this is a very important update. The underwater part was painted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The interior looks good. There\u2019s a new refrigerator in the galley. There is a smoke detector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New electric toilet with septic tank. All hoses have been replaced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New batteries. There is a solar panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Full set of sails: mainsail with a lazy bag and a staysail on a furler. The sails are not new, but in good condition. There is also a spinnaker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Volvo Penta 2002 engine has been serviced on time and works well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is an anchor winch with remote control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is also a new chartplotter, autopilot, VHF and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
