A beautiful and well-maintained sailboat. There\u2019ve been only two owners in the entire history of ownership. For the past 20 years, the boat has been in the hands of one family and has been kept in fresh water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This boat is very similar to my boat that I used to film new parts of my course for you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The boat may also be interesting considering resale. The price of such a boat in the Mediterranean can reach up to 70-90K.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The interior looks good. Separate toilet with shower. There is hot water supply and a Webasto heater on the boat. A starter battery and two house batteries are installed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Full set of sails: mainsail and staysail on a furling. The sails look good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Volvo Penta MD21B freshwater cooled straight shaft engine works well. Two fuel tanks for 250 liters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The deck is covered with teak. The wood looks good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is also a lot of useful equipment on the boat: chartplotter, autopilot, echo sounder, wind force and direction meter, compass, stereo system, life raft for 6 people and much more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
