A good seaworthy boat. There are only two owners, the last of whom owned the boat for about 40 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are cosmetic issues that can be fixed if desired, but overall, it should be a pretty good boat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The boat is equipped with shower with hot water. Large aft cabin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is a galley with everything you need for cooking, including a stove with an oven on a gimbal, a sink with hot and cold water and a large refrigerator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Full set of sails: mainsail, new genoa on a furler, and spinnaker. The sails are in good condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 2014 Yanmar engine is in good condition and has a running time of only 500 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are new cushions and a new awning in the cockpit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the boat, an almost new dinghy is given, but without an outboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
