A beautiful and well-maintained 38 ft sailboat. The boat is made so that it\u2019s easy to control it alone: halyards and sheets are brought into the cockpit, self-tacking staysail, furling, autopilot, lazy jacks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The interior is in good condition. A galley with a new stove with an oven, a sink with fresh and seawater and an ice-box. There are a lot of dishes and kitchen utensils.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Separate toilet with septic tank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is a Webasto on the boat, but the owner says it\u2019s faulty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two starter batteries and one house battery are installed. There is an inverter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A complete set of sails: mainsail, self-tacking staysail (needs to be replaced soon), genoa (larger, needs to be adjusted) and spinnaker (unused).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The boat is equipped with a 28 hp Volvo Penta MD2030 diesel engine. The engine works like a clock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The deck was covered with teak in 2006. The wood looks good. I would clean it and cover it with teak-oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is also a chartplotter, autopilot, VHF, windex, anemometer and more on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
