A small but roomy motorsailer. A separate aft cabin and an enclosed pilot house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The owners are a family of 6 people and they often spend a lot of time on the boat without discomfort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite a relatively short length, you can stand tall in the boat. The height of the cabin is 192 cm, and the height of the toilet is 177 cm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The interior is worn in places, it can be refreshed a bit, it&#8217;s not difficult and not expensive. Brand new cushions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The galley is equipped with a stove, sink and a large refrigerator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A good supply of fresh water: 200 liters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The head is located in a separate room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brand new batteries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A complete set of sails: a mainsail with a cover and a staysail on a furling with UV protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The boat is equipped with an almost new Volvo Penta D1-20 engine. The engine is only 4 years old. This is a big plus. There is a 140 liter fuel tank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A chartplotter, a satellite phone and a windex are visible in the photos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, I can see a SUP and a good dinghy with an outboard engine, but they are not mentioned in the ad.
