Clean and well-maintained small boat. During its tenure, the current owner made many significant upgrades. New doors, teak bulkheads were sanded and varnished, new upholstery was made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Galley with stove and sink. A new refrigerator was installed. The toilet with a septic tank is located in a separate room, which is quite rare for boats of such a small size.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The boat is given with brand new sails 2022. Mainsail and genoa on a furling. Also, the owner gives the spinnaker, used mainsail and staysail. The spare sails are also in very good shape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An inboard Yanmar diesel engine is installed on the boat. The engine is faulty. The owner doesn\u2019t understand the repair of the engine, so he uses an outboard motor. Perhaps the engine problem is not very serious and it can be repaired. It can be a good practice to get the repair skill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
