The boat has been totally upgraded in recent years. All maintenance work was carried out by professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In July 2022, the boat was polished.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The galley is equipped with a 2-burner stove, oven, sink and refrigerator. There is hot and cold water. A fresh water tank for 180 liters and a hot water tank for 30 liters are installed. The toilet with hot shower is located in a separate room. A heater is installed in the salon and bathroom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Complete set of fresh sails: a mainsail with a new lazy bag and a staysail on a furling. The sails are checked, repaired and stored in the Gran Seil workshop during the winter season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A new 2016 Volvo Penta D1-20 diesel engine is installed on the boat. Engine maintenance, conservation and preparation for winter were carried out by AB Marine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The boat has the following equipment: B&amp;G chartplotter, VHF with AIS new 2020, wind strength and direction meter, echo sounder, bathing ladder in the stern, shower in the cockpit and much more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Docking in the ice-free harbor is paid for the winter of 2022\/23. This is a big plus \u2013 you will be time to prepare the boat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex
