The boat looks neat, well-groomed and clean. The owner sells the boat with “heartache”. For 12 years of ownership, a lot of work has been done to improve the boat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lighting was replaced with LED. Fresh teak interior, new cushions. Teak is laid in the cockpit and a teak tiller and table are made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The folding table in the salon is also made of teak. There is a 2-burner stove in the galley. The Portapotti toilet is located in the forepeak. There is a heater in the salon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A full set of sails: a mainsail and a staysail. The sails are not new, but they\u2019re in good condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The boat comes with an 8 hp Evinrude outboard motor. The engine starts and runs like clockwork.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
