I like this model a lot, it has a well-executed layout. A long keel, the sailboat is rather wide (almost 3 meters), a separate toilet, a very comfortable table, it\u2019s very spacious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The wood inside this sailboat is in a very good condition, just look! Teak needs some cleaning obviously (or another procedure, can\u2019t say exactly looking at the photos) but taking into account that all the sailboat on the whole is rather well-cared-for, I don\u2019t think there are some big problems with it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lombardini diesel 18hp is also very good! If you have a fresh motor \u2014 you will have twice less possible problems on a sailboat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A full set of sails, a genoa with the furler, a spinnaker are included. Everything is in good condition, there\u2019s also a UV protection for the genoa and a cover for the mainsail. This is very important for sailing in the Mediterranean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are both nose and stern platforms! I have the same on my sailboat, it\u2019s very convenient and cool. I recommend this!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There\u2019s a fridge with a freezer, a new electric toilet, an anchor, an anchor winch, a gas stove and a gas system with a gas leak warning (it is very important for your safety!), a solar panel, new cushions, 3 batteries, mooring equipment, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In my opinion, it\u2019s an excellent sailboat with lots of equipment and in a perfect condition. It\u2019s worth finding out what happened to the teak, maybe you should polish it or maybe just the photo is bad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I think you can try to bargain a bit and reduce the price to 10 000 euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This sailboat is a real home on the water but by contract with your regular house this one can change the scenery and location. You can wake up and see Stockholm today, Amsterdam in several days, visit Valencia after that and so on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
