Current owners are selling this Maxi 999 because they are moving up to a larger yacht with three cabins. This boat has been in the same hands since 2016 and has received continuous upgrades and careful maintenance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key updates include a newer engine and saildrive installed in 2024, which starts and runs smoothly. The hull was professionally sanded to fiberglass in 2021 and treated with five layers of epoxy. New sprayhood, mattresses, and lazyjack were added in recent years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The rig is equipped with a self-tacking jib from 2022 and an Elvstr\u00f8m mainsail from 2014. All sails are in good or excellent condition. Six cockpit winches and lines led aft support easy handling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Electronics have been modernized with Garmin GPS, Nexus wind instruments, and a Raymarine autopilot. Two new service batteries and a new starter battery were installed in 2024\u20132025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The teak deck is structurally sound but will soon require maintenance. This is reflected in the price. The boat is currently in the water and can be viewed by appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
