Friends, today we have a Comfortina 38CR with a new engine for 40 400 euros!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A gorgeous and reliable Swedish-made cruiser. The owner was preparing the boat for a trip around the world, but is selling her because he have became a co-owner of a larger boat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The standing rigging was replaced with a new one in 2021. The halyards have been replaced with Dyneema. All the lines are out in the cockpit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is a photo of the keel bolts. It looks like they’ve been replaced too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, a new Volvo Penta D1-30 engine was installed. The engine was built in 2008 and since then has worked only 1,100 engine hours. A new sale drive, filters, hoses, and more were installed with the engine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The interior is in excellent condition. Two large cabins and a separate toilet. Cockpit shower. Water is heated by the engine or shore power supply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New starter and house batteries (lithium). There is a separate battery for the anchor winch. I recommend doing exactly that setup. If you drain all the batteries while anchored, then you can always lift the anchor if something goes wrong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All the upgrades in recent years cost about 25,000 euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sails are not new, but they are in working shape: 2 genoas, mainsail, staysail, spinnaker, and a full set of sails for bad weather – a storm staysail and a trysail. Having storm sails is important if you are going to circumnavigate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
