An incredibly well-maintained boat. It\u2019s hard to believe that the boat is almost 40 years old.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The hull and the gelcoat are in perfect condition. It has recently been polished and waxed. The underwater part is cleaned and painted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A brand-new teak in the cockpit, installed at the Wasa Yachts shipyard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A new spray hood with stainless steel arches has been installed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The interior is in good condition. Traces of leaks are visible in the nav table area. It might have been leaking from the hatch. It\u2019s necessary to check whether the cause of the leak has been eliminated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The nav table itself is well-equipped: there is a VHF, sensors for fresh water, fuel and battery levels, and an Ebersp\u00e4cher heater.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A good set of sails: an almost new genoa on a furling, a staysail and a mainsail. Most of the running rigging is new.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 2005 Yanmar 3YM3 engine has a running time of only 1,200 hours. Every autumn, the engine is preserved and serviced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New Lewmar anchor winch with 50 meters of chain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is also a Garmin chartplotter and a Raymarine autopilot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
