Many people like this model for its layout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The interior is in very good condition. New cushions. The saloon is clean and cozy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is a galley with a stove, sink and refrigerator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Shipman 28 has a fin keel, but it\u2019s molded with the hull and has no bolts, which means there is nothing to rot. The rudder is protected with a skeg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The old engine was replaced with a newer Ferryman Diesel with 12 hp with a reliable straight shaft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I see in the photo a transom for mounting an outboard motor. It worries me. Usually, if you hang a transom \u00abjust in case\u00bb, then most likely this case has already happened. It may have been installed before the purchase of a new engine. You have to be careful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is a mainsail with a cover and a staysail on a furling. New Lewmar winches have been installed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s said that the deck is covered with teak, but this is not visible in the photo. There is an anchor at the stern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The photo shows that there is a spray hood, but the owner says it needs to be repaired (something with a zipper).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is no information about the equipment, but there may be some minimal set, for example, VHF or log. I\u2019ve already seen this before, I came to see an \u00abempty\u00bb boat, but in fact it turned out that everything was there, and even an autopilot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery
